Cancellation Policy

Overview

You should send Cancellation requests via email to provide the Company with written confirmation that your reservation should be canceled.
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
From the date of booking until 41 days before your arrival, 10% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Amidest 40 and 30 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Among 29 and 15 days before your arrival date 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Indicate 14 and 7 days before your arrival date 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Set forth 7 and 1 days before your arrival date 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Egypt Safari Tours offers a very flexible cancellation policy in case the government or the airline issues a travel warning from/to your departure country and destination. We, at Egypt Safari Tours, prioritize your well-being and safety above all else and for that reason. We adapted our cancellation policy to reflect our values.

Please note that any deposit paid is non-refundable in cash in the event of cancellation. However, the full amount of the deposit will be credited as Future Business, which can be used within 1 year from the date of cancellation.
The Future Business credit can be used either by the person who made the booking, or transferred to a friend or first-degree relative (such as a spouse, parent, sibling, or child), with written confirmation from the original booking holder.
